Children's Sunday School

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” Luke 18:16

Turning Point Ministries believes that a proper education begins with a clear and concise under-standing of the Bible with Bible instruction as the foundation. We have a passion for growing and developing children for service in the Kingdom of God. We offer a Christ-centered quality education for children so they have a clear understanding of who is God.

The Youth Christian Education Ministry’s vision is to develop our youth so that they can become mature Disciples of Christ; can effectively witness to their friends who are unbelievers; have an accurate understanding of God’s word; be taught the Ministry of Reconciliation, which includes how they are redeemed, repentant, forgiven, justified, regenerated and sanctified, and how we have become sons of God through adoption. Emphasis is placed on learning that the process of redemption, repentance, forgiveness, justification, regeneration and sanctification took place at the moment we were “born again” and that it is necessary to restore relationship and fellowship with God.

Our youth leaders have a passion to work with children. They teach the youth the fundamental principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ so they can live a righteous life while being amongst their friends (saved or unsaved).

Classes are arranged in an age-appropriate manner and represent the Biblical principles of the Trees of Righteousness. Those principles are: When by faith we are engrafted into Christ, then we grow and bear fruit. "Just as a branch is unable to produce fruit by itself unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me” (John 15:4).
